Job Requirements
Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications preferred.
Experience & Required Skills
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role focused on finishing work.
Lead and manage a team of finishing work professionals, including carpenters, painters, plasterers, and other tradespeople.
Excellent knowledge of finishing work techniques, materials, and best practices.
