BSc Degree in Construction Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Managing complex schedules, including appointments, meetings, and deadlines, by booking rooms, setting reminders, and coordinating with internal and external parties.  - Planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and managing necessary documentation.  - Screening phone calls, emails, and managing correspondence by prioritizing and responding appropriately, sometimes drafting emails on behalf of the executive. 

Advanced Diploma in Construction Technology or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities - Prepares the actual Bill of Quantities of projects using take off sheet - Records Bill of Quantities using computer program preferably Microsoft Excel - Prepares material requirement from the actual bill of quantities
