Job Description
Komari, an innovative leader in the beverage industry, known for its popular Arada hard seltzer, is currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Data Analyst. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting both internal and external data to inform sales and distribution strategies. This includes developing and delivering sales performance reports, providing insights into market, channel, customer, and costumer trends, opportunities and ensuring the effective implementation and monitoring of sales systems.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Oversee the collection, cleaning, and integration of sales data from various sources.
Analyze sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, growth rates, and customer segmentation.
Generate and distribute regular sales performance report
Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Perform customer segmentation and churn analysis to identify high-value customers and retention opportunities
Support sales force enablement by providing data-driven insights for sales training and coaching
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and timeliness
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive sales dashboards and reports key performance indicators (KPIs.
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within sales data to uncover insights..
Collaborate with sales teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and develop strategies.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize sales processes and increase revenue.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and visualization tool
Complete other responsibilities as assigned by his/her supervisor.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related field.
Experience
2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales or business environment.
Skills
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
