Plumber Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all water, gas steam, steam condensate, fuel irrigating, sewage and drainage system. Responsible for effective and efficient operation of all of the following systems, with the primary responsibility being the plumbing by implementing and executing effective planned preventive maintenance on:  Boilers, generators, fire suppression system, water treatment plant, gas steam , steam condensate, fuel, irrigation, sewage, and drainage lines.  Perform shift inspections to check and ensure the smooth operation of critical systems, like boilers, all water treatment plants and fire suppression system.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION:    Diploma in Plumbing/General Mechanics from a recognized College.                                    

EXPERIENCE:   Minimum of three years work experience in full fledged plumbing works.   

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:  Read, write, comprehend, and well-spoken in English language is  required. Other international language is a plus.        

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Excellent knowledge of tools & machines used in  the trade , sound knowledge of reading as-built drawings and manuals; ability to work with  minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments, capable of working in a team environment; excellent guest contact skills and good physical fitness in required.  Excellent knowledge with the principles of operations of plumbing and water treatment systems in also required.
