Job Description
TTK PLC Industries is a leading company specializing in bar soaps and detergents. We currently offer over 15 products across four categories: Laundry Bar Soap, Detergent Soap, Beauty Soaps and Food Products. Our vision is to become the top manufacturing company in the soap industry in East Africa by 2035.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the sales team.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Provide training, guidance, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with team members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company initiatives.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a sales Supervisor or similar sales management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in business -Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2-3 years of experience in sales.
Motor bike driver's license is highly encouraged
