Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, Statistics or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Co-develop research briefs and methodologies with Business Intelligence and R&D teams - Collaborate with Business Intelligence to analyse survey data, consumer feedback, and behavioural trends - Prepare research reports, executive summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders - Support Business Intelligence in triangulating consumer research with sales, market, and performance data - Document lessons learned and contributed to the evolution of Komari’s research standards

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Sociology, Development Studies Regional & Local Development, Health, Gender Studies or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Board and management to develop, refine, implement and monitor WE-Actions’ strategic plan while ensuring that the budget, staff, and priorities are aligned with WE-Actions’ core mission - In Collaboration with the Executive Management Team drive organizational structuring as required to follow new priorities, imperatives and strategic direction of WE- Action.
