Job Summery

The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible to plan, develop and manage the marketing campaigns done with the digital world. The person in this position is required to ensure the digital engagement of the businesses are well structured, integrated and result oriented. Each business processes in relation with the online marketing and digitization’s in general is expected to monitor measure and report by the Digital Marketing Officer. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Plan, develop, collaborate with the team and execute all web, Search Engine Optimization, Email, social media and Advertising Campaigns 

• Build and make sure that, each business units are functioning with their plan to the digital world and their presence is tangible

• Monitor and measure all our web and digital presence and customer engagements are well managed and report the marketing performances

• Evaluate and measure the digital plan and implementations of the marketing campaigns against KPI’s and ROI

• Monitor Social Media marketing campaigns and Google analytics with the customer satisfaction rates

• Identify and customize social media trends, and insights the marketing team with ways of usages 

• Determine and Practice the Digital Marketing roles in to each marketing plans in the best possible ways 

• Scale up the digital marketing roles in to businesses of the company through a variety of digital channels using internet and mobile phones. 

• Research Advertising trends of competitors, innovations, creativeness, and customize to the business on hand activities

• Ensure a wide range of digital media are properly implemented against the plan   

• Make sure with tangible analysis and measure, target audiences are properly connected with products, service and a business in general

• Drive Engagements and achieve business goals using the digital tools 

• Come up with new ideas to increase the role of promotions and advertising via digital media. 

• Executing other duties as assigned by the Cooperate marketing Manager of the Group Companies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in   marketing management, business, IT or another related field

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing, which at least 2 years’ experience at in digital marketing Officer 

Other skill.

• Knowledge of marketing principles and brand management

  • In depth Knowledge of effective digital marketing tools and plat form, social media techniques, marketing automation software.

  • Knowledge of web design and development

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. 

  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time 

  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually 

  • Excellent time management and prioritization
