A Marketing coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating various marketing activities within a Group organization.  Which involves developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving sales, and promoting a positive image of the company and its products or services. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies

• Support the Corporate marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations

• Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness

• Developing and Managing marketing campaigns

• Researching and analyzing data to identify customers, their segmentations, market development, product development and strategic reviews

• Conducting promotional activities and continues Monitoring’s and evaluations the marketing impact of those activities. 

• A direct involvement on the social media marketing campaigns of content writing and conductions of the implementation / posting as per the plan schedules.

• Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.

• Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.

• Contribute to the execution of marketing and annual sales plan

• Collaborate with Marketing Manager in managing the department’s activities, including preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

• Establish and implement advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on various media (social, print, etc.)

• Track and record all marketing activities, implement metrics to evaluate their success and amend marketing measures when necessary

• Oversee the distribution and publication of content or marketing materials

• Identify market patterns, competitor offerings and demographics to identify opportunity

• Contribute on the brand guideline development and its creative aspects 

•  Monitoring and managing the right Brand Guideline Implementations under all working lines of the corporate company 

• Supporting and Coordinating on the demanding marketing activities of department within all staff members 

• Organize and support on the reporting of different time bounded reports and analyses. 

• Executing other duties as assigned by the Cooperate marketing Manager of the Group Companies.  

Salary:  As per company scale 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing management or other related field

• Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in marketing field

 Other skill

• Solid understanding of marketing techniques and principles as well as market research and statistical data analysis methods

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. 

• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time 

• Ability to work as part of a team and individually 

• Excellent time management and prioritization
