Job Summary 

Senior Mobile & Online Banking Product Development Officer is responsible for developing mobile and online banking products and services, conceptualization, planning, execution of new features and enhancement for mobile and online banking platform. In addition, the role holder is responsible to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements in alignment with the Bank's digital transformation goals. 

Job Requirements

Academic & Professional Qualification

 BA degree in marketing Management, Management, Business Administration or other equivalent field.

 MA degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance or Business; with strong IT skills or Research or any other equivalent field is an added advantage.

 Experience

 Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience

 Good knowledge of banking regulations. 

 Adequate knowledge of Banking and finance (local and international).

 Corporate and conceptual thinking abilities.

 Experience in digital banking.

 Good understanding of card banking technologies, online banking platforms, and industry best practices.

 Good strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

 Effective communication and collaboration skills.

 Project management skills.
