Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketer and Social Media Manager with expertise in influencer management to join our team. The successful candidate will create, manage, and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive user engagement, and grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance analysis.

  • Content Creation: CoCreate high-quality, engaging content across various digital platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.

  • Campaign Management: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, email marketing, and SEO initiatives to boost online presence.

  • Website Management: Oversee and update website content, ensuring SEO optimization and a seamless user experience.

  • Influencer Management: Identify, collaborate with, and manage influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement. Track and report on influencer campaign effectiveness.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of all digital marketing activities. Generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and brand strategi

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and influencer partnerships.

  •  Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

  • Experience with website management, including SEO and web analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools like Google Analytics, and Ads Manager.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
