Job Description
Job Summary
Essential Function
Receive on the purchased items from the procurement department depending on the procurement and property procedure. Then, posting on goods receiving voucher.
Issue items to the user department/branch when store requisition is approved, if the item is in store, report to her/his supervisor
In collaboration with the store head, register and tag all fixed asset
Record issue tickets.
Record Goods receiving note
Record bin cards
Prepare the weekly report for her/his immediate supervisor
Prepare perpetual inventory as well as periodic inventory
Prepare and deliver items for the user department and branches after the bank’s issue ticket filled and signed.
Job Requirement
Qualification
Diploma/10+3/Level III/Level IV in procurement and supply, Purchasing, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration or any other related fields with 2 years of experience preferably in banking industry.
Place of work: Addis Ababa
