Bilal Microfinance Institution S.C. is a full-fledge interest free microfinance institution established based on the NBE Directive No. MFI/32/2021 to provide sharia compliant and inclusive microfinance services that provide access to the community excluded from financial services due to interest.
Purpose of the Job:
The purpose of the MIS Manager position is to plans organize, direct, coordinate and control the activities of the Management Information Systems of the Institution. S/he is also responsible for the whole cycle of systems development including long range and strategic planning of the information system. S/he closely follows-up and monitors its upkeep and maintenance. Advice the CEO in the sector.

Job Requirements
Required Qualification:
Experience/Training
MSc/BSc Degree in Computer Science/ Information Science or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience
A minimum of 7/8 years of relevant experience.
Technical and Other Skills:
LAN administration experience.
Excellent knowledge and experiences of Core banking implementation on financial institution(MFI or Bank)
Interest free banking and Basics knowledge of Shariah
Proficiency in Computer applications.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Able to work in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to coach staff.
