Duties and Responsibilities:

• Photography and Videography:

  • Capture high-quality images and videos for various Ethiopost events, marketing campaigns, and other corporate needs.

  • Ensure proper lighting, composition, and framing to produce visually appealing and professional content.

• Equipment Handling:

  • Operate and maintain Canon Mark 4 and above cameras, along with other related equipment.

  • Ensure all camera gear is in good working condition and ready for use at all times.

• Content Creation:

  • Develop creative concepts for photo and video shoots in alignment with marketing strategies and campaign goals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content that highlights Ethiopost’s services and activities.

• Editing and Post-Production:

  • Edit photos and videos to meet high-definition standards and the specific requirements of each project.

  • Utilize editing software to enhance visuals, correct color, adjust lighting, and add special effects when necessary.

• Project Management:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.

  • Work closely with other departments to understand their visual content needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Archiving and Documentation:

  • Maintain an organized archive of all photo and video content.

  • Ensure proper documentation and cataloging of media for easy retrieval and use in future projects.

Job Requirements

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in professional photography and videography.

  • Proven track record of using Canon Mark 4 and above cameras.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

  • Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color correction.

  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity in visual storytelling.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
