Job Description
Business Development Officers strive to improve the market share of companies in the market. They perform strategic analyses of the core advantages that a company's products or services have to offer, they cooperate in the development of marketing campaigns for lead generation and support on sales efforts.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to increase revenue, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop targeted marketing strategies.
Identify, develop, and implement business development initiatives for Ecommerce to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and customers.
Collaborate with product development teams to develop new products and services that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and profitability improvement.
Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure team success.
Provide regular reports on business development progress, market trends, and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with Ethiopost's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels of an organization.
