Company Profile:
Bilal Microfinance Institution S.C. is a full-fledge interest free microfinance institution established based on the NBE Directive No. MFI/32/2021 to provide sharia compliant and inclusive microfinance services that provide access to the community excluded from financial services due to interest.
Purpose of the Job:
The Branch Cashier is responsible for the receipt, payment/disbursement and safe custody of cash money of the Institution. S/he receives and administers fixed assets and supplies sent from Head Office.
Terms of Employment: Permanent
Salary & Benefits: As per the Institution’s Salary Scale & Benefits Package
Duty Station: Addis Abeba or other areas the Institution’s Branch available

Job Requirements
Education/training፡
BA-Degree in Accounting and related business fields
Experience:
3 years of related work experience
Technical and other skills
Well organized and able to work independently;
Knowledge and experience in Interest Free Financing(Basics of Shariah)
Confidence in handling money;
Able to communicate in a friendly and efficient manner;
Able to work under pressure.
Basic computer skills.
