Job Description

Sales managers develop sales and targeting strategies for a company. They manage sales teams, allocate sales resources based on the plans, prioritise and follow up on critical leads, develop sales pitches and adjust them over time, and maintain a sales platform to track all leads and sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Surveys to gather customer feedback and inform sales strategies.

  16. Increasing profitability by developing pipelines utilizing multiple marketing channels and sales strategies.

  17. Exceeding specific team goals and resolving issues, partnering with the upper management team to share and implement continuous improvements.

Job Requirements

  1. Education: Sales, Marketing, Management 

  2. degree with 5 years of experience.

  3. Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire employees, make tough decisions and manage conflicts.

  4. Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders.

  5. Understanding of the industry and market in which the organization operates, including trends, competitors, and regulatory issues.

  6. Ability to adapt to changing business environments and market conditions and make decisions quickly and effectively.
