Job Description
Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and supervising the day-to-day activities of the overall Project Plants, Machines, vehicles and auxiliary equipment
Roles and Responsibilities
Recording and reporting daily, weekly & monthly total Machinery status and maintenance activity on Project workshop
Prepare preventive maintenance schedule and breakdown reports with operating cost budget
Supports on identifying all sources of equipment maintenance, repair and spare parts.
Develops and maintains files on all equipment for historical data.
Maintains a positive working relationship with other divisions of the company.
Capable of following the repair process from fault analysis to completion as well as supervising and guiding others.
Prepare repair order to maintenance shop and ensure all works are properly completed.
Ensure the company Health and safety policy is observed at all time.
Critical criteria/Skill to be successful in this role:
Responds effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts and draws valid conclusions.
Organizes and manages time, duties and activities efficiently.
Ability to analyze data for evaluation of equipment efficiency.
Job Requirements
Masters/Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field of study
10 years of experience, out of which 2 years on a senior position in similar discipline of work (work experience at international company will be given priority)
Experience as Project Equipment Maintenance Manager/Head at Infra structure projects like Road project is advantageous.
Experience as Equipment's maintenance manager for construction machineries.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
