Job Description

Job Position: Customer Service Executive-I (Fresh Graduates)

Purpose of the Job: To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency, increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services

Job Requirement:

  • Qualification: BA in Marketing and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields.

  • Experience:  No Prior experience is required.

  • Only Graduates of the year 2024 G.C with minimum CGPA of 2.5 and above

  • National Exit Exam:  Pass Mark

Note:

  • Female applicants highly encouraged

  • Applicants that do not attach their Tempo/Grade report will be automatically disqualified

  • Applicants must pass and submit their university exit exam result when requested by the bank

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated
