Essential Function

• Obtain input from management, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company or client appropriately

• Examine existing processes, identifying flaws and creating solutions to improve design capabilities

• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video

• Responsible to work on wide ranges of undertakings & medias to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet the Bank business goals

• Collaborate, and brainstorm with relevant teams to develop designs for a wide range of materials that may include web page, social Medias, events, posters, online banners, presentations, signage, internal communication, print Medias, and other appropriate marketing materials

• Ensure high-quality designs that meet organizational standards and brand identity, express ideas accurately, and represent the Bank by obtaining input from management or relevant body.

• Designing promotional leaflets and brochures, and overall creation of cohesive design.

• Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content determining ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout

• Manage the design and uploading process of all outputs, understanding best practices for using a content management system

• Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and other design software’s. Especially with mock-ups, web design, and multimedia presentation.

• Work independently and cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines.

• Update and maintain internal databases of designs, photography, and video

Job Requirement

• Education and Qualification

  • BA in Graphic Design, Art, and any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc.
