Red Cloud ICT Solutions PLC is a leading IT organization dedicated to delivering Cloud Hosting Services, E-Commerce Services, ERP Implementation, and more. We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager (ERP Implementation) to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving the successful implementation of our ERP system, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

As the Project Manager of the ERP Software Implementation Projects, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ERP projects for our organization’s clients. You will work closely with the project team, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the end-to-end ERP implementation process, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

3. Develop and manage project timelines and resource allocation.

4. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

5. Facilitate communication between technical teams and clients to ensure alignment and clarity.

6. Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

7. Train and support users post-implementation to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system.

8. Prepare documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.

Job Requirements

• Master's / Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 8/10 years of proven experience in project management, specifically with ERP implementations.

• Strong understanding of business processes and project management best practices.

• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
