Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop communications plans including strategy, goals, budget and tactics

• Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media

• Oversee all public relations activities

• Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media

• Create content for company and client press releases, press kits, articles and publications and keynote presentations

• Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results

• Undertake and follow up the proper executions of Bank’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Bank

• Follow up the appearance and consistency of all print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc are executed as per the bank’s manual

• Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media

• Lead preparation of the Bank communication publications for both internal and external purpose;

• Lead the content development and supervision the Bank website;

• Writes, edits, and shares content such as publications, press release forms, website content, annual reports, business speeches, and marketing material

• Finds opportunities to improve the brand’s reputation and organizes publicity events when required by management.

• Handle meetings, social gatherings and communication with external Medias

• Assist in maintaining and updating information on the Bank website, social media platforms

Job Requirement

• Education and Qualification

  • BA in Marketing & Communication, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, and any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in relative fields, preferably in banking industry, of which at least 1 year as a relevant officer position.
