Job Description

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning, and achieving sales targets. They will lead and motivate the team, manage inventory, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

  • Lead and train store staff, creating a positive and professional environment.

  • Monitor sales performance and set targets for the team to achieve.

  • Maintain inventory levels and order stock as needed to meet customer demand.

  • Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Implement and monitor store policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in retail management or a related role.

Related Skills:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Good understanding of retail sales, inventory management, and customer service.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
