Route to Market Deployment Specialist 

To lead the deployment of Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies in assigned regions, with the objective of achieving greater efficiency in product distribution and sustaining a competitive advantage. This role involves developing and implementing a scalable RTM strategy that meets service level expectations while optimizing costs. It requires collaborating with distributors to build a strategic RTM roadmap, fostering distributor capabilities for long-term business growth, and ensuring world-class execution. The role is also responsible for managing relationships with distributor leadership team, aligning them with RTM investments and infrastructure, and driving the execution of an integrated RTM model across the regions.

Duties and Responsibilities

RTM Strategy Implementation: 

  • Execute a comprehensive KBSC regional RTM Plan, addressing both short-term and long-term goals.

  • Lead the deployment of KBSC RTM activities, adjusting routes to meet customer demands and improve operational efficiencies.

  • Implement advanced KBSC RTM programs with controls and reporting mechanisms that comply with KBSC requirements.

Distributor Engagement and Capability Building

  • Lead, align, and motivate distributors to adopt KBSC Route To Market strategies, ensuring these strategies contribute to company-wide growth.

  • Build distributor capability to ensure readiness for business expansion, supporting the execution of world-class operations and marketing strategies by monitoring their Profit and Loss Statement.

  • Foster collaborative and transparent relationships with distributors, enhancing the overall strength and efficiency of the distribution system.

Market Distribution Management: 

  • Ensure the smooth distribution of KBSC products in the market.

  • Oversee the allocation and distribution of KBSC Trade equipment (Bottle Cooler and draught Machine) and verify allocation with the asset utilization targets.

Consistency and Policy Deployment

  • enforce consistent policies and processes across all territories to ensure the efficient execution of the national distribution system.

REPORTS TO: Route to Market Deployment Manager                        

LOCATION:    Head Office   

EXPECTED TRAVEL:  70%   

Job Requirements

Education & Experience: 

  • BA in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Business Management, or related fields.

  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience, particularly in roles requiring exceptional customer experience and leadership.

  • Driving License is Mandatory

Key Skills:

  • Leadership and interpersonal skills for driving collaborative relationships with distributors.

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with proficiency in making formal presentations internally and externally.

  • Sales and marketing expertise to effectively deploy strategies that maximize business outcomes.
