The Food and Beverage Control Officer is responsible for monitoring and managing the inventory, costs, and overall consumption of food and beverages in a hospitality or catering setting. They ensure cost efficiency, proper stock levels, and compliance with quality standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor food and beverage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels

• Analyze and control costs to prevent wastage

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports on consumption and expenses

• Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to optimize efficiency and minimize waste

Job Requirement

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree

• 1-5 years experience in food and beverage inventory control is preferred

• Proficiency in inventory management software

• Strong analytical and organizational skills
