The Food and Beverage Control Officer is responsible for monitoring and managing the inventory, costs, and overall consumption of food and beverages in a hospitality or catering setting. They ensure cost efficiency, proper stock levels, and compliance with quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor food and beverage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels
Analyze and control costs to prevent wastage
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports on consumption and expenses
Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
Job Requirement
Certificate, Diploma, or Degree
1-5 years experience in food and beverage inventory control is preferred
Proficiency in inventory management software
Strong analytical and organizational skills
