Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Planning and installation of the company’s facilities such as power backup systems, power lines, generators, HVAC, Cameras, etc.
Troubleshooting and fixing issues within the facilities
Maintenance and repair of data centers facilities .
Using the power monitoring tools to monitor the power system of Data centers and acting proactively so that a high availability can be achieved
Regular monitoring of generators and topping up the fuel.
Operating portable diesel generators when required at facilities.
Managing projects of Data Center building.
Ensuring that all facility equipment is running properly and efficiently.
Ensuring high Availability of network devices
Keeping access logs of data centers
Processing rentals of facilities.
Postmortem report of major power outages
Job Requirements
Qualification and Skills
Degree /advanced diploma from an accredited technical school or college.
At least three years of experience in IT facility management or related.
Outstanding diagnostic, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Skillful in installation of devices.
Good communication skills.
