Job Description: 

We are looking for a versatile professional to support our ongoing skills development programme and expand it into new areas. As part of our new project phase, we are piloting the integration of talented young people with disabilities into the labor market. The general tasks and responsibilities include:

• Development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of the new pilot project 

• Expansion of networks and partnerships with relevant organisations and internal and external stakeholders

• Proposal development and documentation, data management, report writing and administrative tasks

• Coaching and management of existing IGA groups

Job Requirements

Required qualifications, skills and work experience:

Applicants must have a fundamental passion and a strong social commitment to the sustainable improvement of the living conditions of impoverished people with disabilities. This passion, combined with a strong work ethic, out of the box thinking, intrinsic motivation, and a thorough knowledge of the labor and business world, is essential for this position as well as:

• BA or MA in social work, business management or entrepreneurship and sociology

• At least 3 years of professional experience in programme management, community development, social enterprises or non-profit organisations with a track record of successful and sustainable initiatives 

• Excellent leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, communication and problem-solving skills
