Job Description
Branch Managers are responsible for the management of all the affairs related with a company in a specific geographic region or business branch. They receive indications from the headquarters, and depending on the structure of the company
Minimum Qualification Required: BA Degree/College Diploma in Marketing/ Management/ Economics/ Accounting or related field
Expected Minimum Work Experience: 5/8 Years of relevant experience of which 2 years senior Credit & Loan Officer
Expected Competency (Skills required):
Excellent knowledge of company operation policies and procedures
Basic knowledge of KYC principles
Basic understanding of branch operations and microfinance products
Proficiency in basic financial management and reporting tools
Knowledge of regulatory requirements at the branch level
Good knowledge of financial and marketing management principles and practices
Good communication skills
Basic computer application skill
Work Place: Addis Ababa & Out of Addis Ababa
NB – Microsoft Office particularly excels and word Skill is Mandatory.
Work experience must be verified and presented in written while registration
