Location: Mizan-Aman, Southwest Ethiopia Regional State
Salary: Very Attractive but Negotiable

Job Requirements
Education, Work Experience, and additional requirements
BSC/Master’s Degree in Public Health, and other related Health professions from a recognized university with experience of 5 years for Bachelor’s degree and 3 years at Master’s level
Demonstrated managerial and supervisory ability, especially in leading and mentoring the staff in the coordination office with a good team building, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with government agencies, and others stakeholders.
Experience with USAID funded projects is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and spoken English.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and managerial oversight for the activities and ensure the timely reporting of those activities to the M&E Manager.
Maintain a partnership with stakeholders that will foster trust and respect and build confidence in the Progynist’s ability to get the job done.
Adapt and implement management systems with standard operating procedures to administer all activities implemented by Progynist at Mizan Aman, Bonga and Tepi towns.
Develop site level annual work plans of implementation, monitoring and reporting.
Promote a team approach that emphasizes high level performance and creative approaches.
