Production and technical department is accountable to the general manager and monitors and executes the work related to the company's production and production process. By conducting various studies, it creates a way to produce products with better quality and quantity. By conducting various tests, the production process ensures that they are being produced according to the standards set by the company. Monitors technical maintenance and production process and activities, organizes data, analyzes, organizes data and reports and presents to the general manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities   

• Plans, organizes, directs, evaluates the work he does, submits a performance report to the general manager, and provides an adequate analysis with comments; 

• To ensure that the production process is produced only with quality-proven ingredients.

• Proper maintenance of the machines and other accessories used by the company; Evaluate product performance periodically; Preparation of production and maintenance work manuals

• Follow up plans and make them happen

• Developing a production program;

• Preparing the annual plan of the production department;

• Prepare maintenance instructions;

• Develop a maintenance program;

• Empowering the department's manpower through various training;

• When purchasing spare parts and raw materials, control whether the goods are original according to the specifications.

• According to the company's strategic plan, preparing an annual work plan, preparing guidelines for safe execution of the plan, and implementing standards when permitted.

• To carry out the company's production process in a better way, he studies various studies and presents the results to the general manager.

• Terminates subordinate employees; supports; Provides various trainings for production engineers regarding the production process;

• Maintains the company's assets carefully and reports when there is a problem.

• Develop, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production, including selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, and operation of product designs.

• Develop mechanical system design solutions based on engineering principles and be involved in presentation of the solution to company. 

• Provide technical support to external and internal customers. 

• Ensure all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed for all work completed. 

• Interpret client requirements, identify and address design parameters and engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented accurately and in budget 

• Analyzing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them.

• Estimating budgets and time scopes for each project.

• Writing technical documentation for machine operators.

• Collaborating with project managers and other engineers in our team.

• Performing other duties and responsibilities given by the General Manager

Job Requirements

 Education

•  BSC/MSC /PHD degree in Mechanical/Electrical and chemical engineering 

Experience

• 9 years of for BSC degree  ;7 years for  MSC  degree ;5 years for PHD  relevant work experience in  industries in similar work positions and demonstrated achievements are mandatory.

Knowledge, Experience, Education Required 

• Engineering and Technology - Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.

• Mechanical - Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

• Production and Processing -- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
