Division: Technique and Production department, Division 

Duration: 10 consecutive working days from the date of vacancy announcement. 

The head of the technical department is accountable to the manager of the production and technical department. By conducting various studies, it creates a way for maintenance works to be done with better quality and quantity. By carrying out various inspections, the maintenance process ensures that they are being carried out according to the standards set by the company. Organizes, analyzes and organizes information and reports for production and technical by monitoring work processes and activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Plans, organizes, directs, evaluates and submits performance reports to the Production and Technical Department. 

2. Ensures that the machines and other associated items used by the company are properly maintained 

3. Plans maintenance programs and plans;  Follow up and make them happen

4. Prepares maintenance work manuals and instructions

5. The department's manpower is completed through various maintenance trainings

6. When the purchase of spare parts is done, it is controlled that the goods are original according to the specifications 

7. To carry out the company's maintenance process in a better way, he studies studies and presents the results to the department.

8. Performs other additional tasks assigned by the department..

Job Requirements

Education:

• BSC/MSC /PHD degree in Electrical/mechanical engineering

Experience:

• 7 years of relevant work experience for BSC degree ‚5 years for MSC degree and PHD degree 3 years; hands on work experience in plastic industries in similar work positions and demonstrated achievements are mandatory.

Knowledge, Experience, Education Required: 

• Engineering and Technology -- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.

• Mechanical -- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
