Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision of administration office, the incumbent shall interpret the speech or communication made by Chinese language to any English language. Provide bridge for smooth communication between the Chinese and local staff to cultivate synergy and alignment among the corporate team. Capture the management team meeting minutes and follow-up the status of the action items set by the meeting. Assist immediate supervisor in the day-to-day activities. 

1. Translate/Interpret the conversation or speech made by either language to the target language by converting into the concepts, style, and tone of the target language.

2. Capture meting minutes of the management team or executive and follow-up the executions of the action items decided at the meeting.

3. Speak, listen fluently in at least two languages, one of which is usually Chinese

4. Render spoken messages and written documents accurately, quickly, and clearly

5. Following ethical codes that protect the confidentiality of information

6. Help the Chinese staff to understand the costume, culture and the do’s and don’ts dos of the native 

7. Perform other activities as instructed by immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

 Graduated in any field of study or completed at least 10th grade.
* Language Proficiency:
* Proficient in spoken and listened Chinese.
* Ability to read and write in Chinese is advantageous.
