Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Under the supervision and guidelines of the Recruitment and Training Development Division Manager participates in the recruitment and selection activities.; arranges medical check-up and hospitalization of employees; drafts personnel actions and maintains employees’ personal records; monitor employees attendance sheets and personnel action purposes. 

  1. Prepare vacancy announcement 

    Verify the validity of applicants’ CV and other necessary documents

  2. Prepare applicants profile and coordinate communication with candidates and facilitates   
     examinations and test scores announcements;

  3. Facilitates the clearance formalities, medical examinations and police clearance

  4. Participate on recruitment, exam and selection, placement, and employment procedures.

  5. Processing personnel actions including transfers, promotions, labor relations, resignations, retirements and terminations.

  6. Monitoring employees’ attendance

  7. Prepare employees Identification card (ID)

  8. Execute timely renewal of temporary employees’ contracts agreement 

  9. Prepare draft letter of work certificate and other support letters 

  10. Verify and investigate disciplinary cases and then present decision proposals 

  11. Provide endorsed job descriptions for job holders 

  12. Compiles and maintains all relevant statistical data for employees’ personal records; updates change in employees’ conditions such as marital status, child birth, education improvements   etc.;

  13. Prepares monthly action plan 

  14. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

  15. Conduct timely employee's performance appraisal for employees working 
     under his/her supervise.

  16. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data 

  17. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

  18. Develop, coordinate, and oversee the maintenance of personnel record keeping procedures;

  19. Implement personnel-related policies, administrative rules, regulations, and procedures; 

  20. Prepare periodic performance reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, 
     grievances, performance evaluations etc)

  21. Gives full support as per HR and personnel activities; perform other duties as requested by the immediate supervisor

  22. Perform other duties given by division Head 

Job Requirements

Master’s Degree in Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, HRM, fields with a minimum of two (2) years of experience, Or a Bachelor’s Degree in the same fields with at least four (4) years of experience,  Experience in a factory setting with over 1,000 employees is mandatory for the Recruitment Officer position.
