Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within an organization. This role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to attract, retain, and develop a high-performing workforce. The HR Manager plays a crucial role in creating a positive work environment, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting the overall success of the organization.

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

• Proven experience as an HR manager or in a similar senior HR role on Import Export and Manufacturing companies

• Experience level for BA degree more than ten years of experience out of which five years' experience as managerial positions or eight years' experience out of which five years' experience as managerial positions for Master's degree
