Job Description

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the procurement process, ensuring that the organization acquires goods and services at the best possible prices while maintaining quality and timely delivery. This role involves strategic planning, supplier management, and collaboration with various departments to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor market trends and assess the competitive landscape to inform purchasing decisions.

  • Manage relationships with suppliers, including performance evaluations and conflict resolution.

  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.

  • Prepare and manage the purchasing budget; track expenditures and report on variances.

  • Lead and mentor the purchasing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in [industry].

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in purchasing (e.g., CPP, CPM) is a plus.

  • Experience with garment industry area, if applicable

  • Willingness to work under pressure.

Working Condition:

  • As per the labor law/8 hrs. working Plus 48 hrs. Over time
