Job Description
The senior accountant for reporting section is mainly responsible to collect daily, weekly and monthly reports from all finance department sections review for accuracy and consolidate and present to the Finance manager and communicate with the section heads on behalf of the FM on omitted and late reports and follow up for continues and smooth reporting in the department.
Key Responsibilities
CK and reconcile Tax payment VS ledger every month and approve CK declaration.
CK daily payment requests for completeness of supporting document,
Follow-up of payment requests processes from time they reach (accepted) until the payment reached the user (as per the time tale of payments).
Follow, Coach and Evaluate Disbursement team employees
Take sure all advance/subspace given to employees are settled on time and prepare unsettled documents report weekly and submit to film
CK and post payment recorded by JA.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Proven experience of 3 years in accounting and finance, with a focus on financial reporting analysis
Experience in using ERPs (especially Sage 300 (ACCPAC) is a plus
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
