Job Description

Human Resource Administration and Development Officers develop and implement strategies that help their employers select and retain appropriately qualified staff within that business sector.

Quantity Required: 2

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare periodic human resource inventory and propose recommendation for developmental and administration interventions by the management team;

  • Fill vacant positions through advertisement, recommendation, head hunting or other possible ways;

  • Conduct human resource transfer from head office to projects/ from projects to head office/ from projects to projects;

  • Record and archive employees’ credentials and experiences;

  • Conduct induction and socialization of newly recruited employees;

  • Conduct proper exit interviews for employees who leave the company;

  • Participate on data collection and preparation of reports and plans;

  • Gather data and report on performance records and payments of temporary laborers;

  • Conduct periodic satisfaction survey of employees both at the head office and project sites;

  • Conduct /facilitate performance evaluation on quarterly basis; and submit developmental and administrative recommendations based on the evaluation results;

  • Work closely with finance department to follow-up proper execution of per-diem and allowance payments;

  • Work closely with finance department to follow-up proper deduction and submission of income tax, pension and cost-sharing payments;

  • Work closely with Finance Department during pay-roll preparation by cross-checking with available data like attendance records;

  • Work in collaboration with Construction Engineering Department on collecting valid and reliable labor productivity data.

  • Gather data on employees’ developmental performance gaps through training need assessments, recommendations from reports and performance evaluation results;

  • Conduct assessments which are made to identify internal resource persons for training provisions;

  • Gather data for the preparation of training plans that do not hamper the daily operations of the Company;

  • Participate on planning initiatives for external training arrangements;

  • Facilitate training events (both internal and external);

  • Gather data for evaluations on post training assessments;

  • Prepare reports which are based on post training assessments and training impact assessments.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualification: MBA/BA Degree Human Resource Management (Related Management Field)

  • Work Experience: 2 - 4 Years or above related work experience.

  • Place of work: Head Office Summit main street behind Pepsi soft drink factory.
