Job Description

 Customer Handling and Experience Officers act as the middle person between a company and its customers. They ensure that the customers are satisfied by providing them with guidance and explanation on their accounts and services received by the company. They also have possible other tasks such as developing plans or delivering proposals.

Job Requirement

  • Qualification:  A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline

  • Experience:  Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in call center, customer service, research activity, quality assurance and related

  • Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate in multiple local and foreign languages is advantageous
