We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Mechanic to join our team. The Senior Mechanic will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of a variety of vehicles and machinery, providing technical guidance to junior mechanics, and ensuring all work is performed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues in vehicles and machinery.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

• Oversee and mentor junior mechanics, providing training and technical guidance.

• Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used.

• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.

• Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicles condition and necessary repairs.

• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Job Requirements

Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in automotive repair preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a mechanic, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
