Job Description

To teach and educate children in a loving and caring way according to the educational curriculum provides an atmosphere and environment conducive to the intellectual, physical, social and emotional development of individuals to ensure success for every student. Supervise students in a variety of school related settings. Monitor and evaluate students’ outcome. Communicate and interact with students, parents, staff and community.

LOCATION: Torhailoch (around Minaye Building)    

CAREER LEVEL: Mid-Level

 EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time

  SALARY: Based on company scale

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing filing system

  • Recording office expenditure and managing the budget 

  • Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment

  • Maintaining the condition of the school and arranging for necessary repairs

  • Organizing meetings with staff including typing the agenda and taking minutes

  • Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction

  • Carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff

  • Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output

  • Responding to parent enquiries and complaints

  • Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring they are observed

  • Arranging regular testing kids toys and equipment and safety devices

  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory

  • Review and approve office supply acquisitions

  • Purchase school supply

  • Manage internal staff relations

  • Update information & pictures on the website

  • Update new student package

  • Update each term student roster

  • Organize x-mass and end of the year concert

  • Respond to parent email

  • Giving tour of the school for visitors

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

  • BA Degree on Marketing Management or Management

  • One to Two years’ experience or above

Skills

  • Team Player

  • Excellent Spoken and Grammar English

  • Microsoft Office skills
