Job Description

The HR Officer is a critical member of the Human Resources team, responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of HR processes and procedures. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

Roles and Responsibilities

Employee Records Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, performance reviews, and attendance records.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

  • Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.

Benefits Administration

  • Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies.

  • Process benefit enrollments, changes, and claims.

  • Ensure compliance with benefit regulations.

Performance Management

  • Assist with the performance review process, including scheduling, preparation, and documentation.

  • Track employee performance and development.

Training and Development

  • Coordinate training programs and workshops.

  • Maintain training records and track employee development.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee inquiries and concerns.

  • Assist with investigations of workplace incidents.

  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Attendance Management

  • Track employee attendance and monitor leave requests.

  • Ensure compliance with attendance policies and procedures.

  • Address attendance issues and provide necessary support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a human resources role.
