The position holder shall be the liaison between business (systems/operations) and technical (technology) teams. The System Analyst will work closely with ESX internal and external clients to shape IT/ICT products and services at a conceptual level and will work widely across support functions to ensure that the associated risks and constraints are appropriately captured and communicated prior to implementation. The System Analyst will develop a deep understanding of business processes and use this knowledge to effectively define business rules that can be implemented by the technical teams.

The System Analyst assists in system design implementation, deployment and troubleshooting to help develop, launch and maintain effective IT/ICT systems. Moreover, the System Analyst leads quality control tests and analysis of outcomes in a software development life cycle to ensure technology solutions meet or exceed business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifies significant challenges with a business’s software or applications or systems (so that ESX IT operates seamlessly within a reliable and efficient infrastructure)

• Research and estimate costs of new technology or changes (Recommends technological changes to help the business grow)

• Carry out full business requirements discovery through engagement with stakeholders across the business

• Collect, elicit, classify, analyze and document test-driven business requirements as per set standards and define business rules in alignment with the needs of the business as well as the existing processes leveraged.

• Analyze, quantify, and communicate the impact of the required process automation, modification, and re-engineering

• Oversee implementation of solutions to ensure conformance to design and requirements

• Define, develop, and implement non-functional testing strategies and plans (Conduct performance, load, stress, and failover testing)

• Assist in identifying and implementing suitable testing tools, frameworks, and techniques

• Provide requirements and support for infrastructure, system configuration, and network operations to setup environments for effective testing

• Conduct latest technology capacity building and awareness trainings for user

• Support Brokers and Stakeholder experts in conducting their day-to-day activities.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Technology Managers/CTO/CEO

Job Requierment

• MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Compute Engineering or equivalent

• At least five (5) years of progressive experience in Technology / IT / ICT unit as a System Analyst or related areas.

• Relevant System Analyst and/or Business System Analyst / QA certification.

• Proven knowledge and experience in System Analysis and exhibits good knowledge in software quality assurance processes and methodologies

• A methodical approach with proven experience designing and delivering complex technical roadmaps

• Experience in Business Systems Analysis tools covering Business Process diagramming, Wireframing, Flowchart, Model Building Desing, Requirements Management, writing formal Use Cases and other UML tools

• Understanding of working with 3rd party vendors (partners and suppliers)

• Hands-on experience in load, stress analysis tools to model performance scenarios and analyze scenarios is preferred.

• Experience in Linux & Windows Operating Systems. Knowledge in Linux systems administration is a plus.
