Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of medical equipment import, ensuring compliance with EFDA regulations
Oversee the store operations, including inventory management and quality control
Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper installation and maintence of equipment.
conduct regular audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
Provide technical support and training staff as needed
Monitor and track tender outcomes and provide regular updates to senior management.
Proven track record of successfully securing tender contracts
Properly handle and store NPS drugs in compliance with international conventions, and national laws and regulations.
Periodically segregate and records damage and expired product
Job Requirements
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Druggist, Biommedical Engineering or other related fields.
Minimum of 4 MBA years in similar role, preferably in the medical equipment .medicine industry
Strong Knowledge of EFDA regulations and import requirements
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven track record of successfully securing tender contracts
Careful measurement and analytical skills
Good attention to detail
The creative and technical ability to return designs into products
Communication and team working skills
