Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to the Importation of oxygen plants and other medical devices

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and materials

• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans to meet project objectives

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or obstacles, and implement corrective Actions as needed

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to Ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables

• Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including key milestones, budget Updates and any deviations from the project plan

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and successful Implementation of imported medical devices

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to medical Equipment importation and distribution

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Project Management, with related fields.

• Minimum of 5 for BA and 3 for MBA years of experience in tender management, preferably in the medical device industry.

• Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in the importation of medical devices or related industry

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders

• Solid understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for medical device importation

• PMP certification is a plus – Proficiency in project management software and tools

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
