This position is responsible for coordinating the design process throughout the life of the project including project BIM execution plan tracking and reporting, submittal tracking, documentation and formal communication with relevant project stakeholders, all shop drawing and material specifications, and all work order coordination by performing the following duties.

Roles and Responsibilities

·  Formal project communication with relevant stakeholders

·  Acts as a consistent point of contact for each client from start to finish of a project.

·  project design Documentation according to company standard procedure

·  design coordination with the different disciplines according to company standard procedure

·  Approval (drawing, materials, etc.)

·  Clash detection coordination (reporting, meeting,)

·  Timely design, shop drawing production tracking, reporting

.   Weekly project specific minute, monitoring, progress chart preparation updating ,... etc.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience Required:

 . Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field of study

. 3 years and above experience in the field

. International experience will be given priority

·  Capable of accurate work under pressure and able to work on several projects simultaneously

 .  Able to cope with various site and logistic conditions.
