Job Description
Support the attraction of qualified people by connecting with potential candidates, sourcing and placing the best fit talent and maintaining a positive candidate experience contributing towards effective talent acquisition activities.
Keep track of all ongoing recruitments from sourcing to selection (i.e., job posting, shortlisting, arranging assessments, conducting interviews, offer release, background check, collection of pre-employment documents).
Support in new employee onboarding (i.e., prepare and conduct induction, contract signing, complete personnel file, tools of trade facilitation).
Manage and follow up Probation completion evaluation at all sites.
Manage candidate expectations and engage talent throughout the hiring process including providing formal feedback.
Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping (i.e., issuing letters, notify changes to the concerned sections, ensure all recruitment and other staff movement requests are approved and filed)
Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
The position requires a minimum of bachelor's degree in human resources management or business management or business administration or public administration or related field of study.
2 years’ relevant experience in human resources operation roles.
