Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the attraction of qualified people by connecting with potential candidates, sourcing and placing the best fit talent and maintaining a positive candidate experience contributing towards effective talent acquisition activities. 

  • Keep track of all ongoing recruitments from sourcing to selection (i.e., job posting, shortlisting, arranging assessments, conducting interviews, offer release, background check, collection of pre-employment documents).

  • Support in new employee onboarding (i.e., prepare and conduct induction, contract signing, complete personnel file, tools of trade facilitation).

  • Manage and follow up Probation completion evaluation at all sites. 

  • Manage candidate expectations and engage talent throughout the hiring process including providing formal feedback. 

  • Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping (i.e., issuing letters, notify changes to the concerned sections, ensure all recruitment and other staff movement requests are approved and filed)

  • Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements. 

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements

  • The position requires a minimum of bachelor's degree in human resources management or business management or business administration or public administration or related field of study.

  • 2 years’ relevant experience in human resources operation roles.
