Administer and execute Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable transactions through timely and accurate processing, matching, coding, and updating into relevant systems by company policy and procedures to provide regular, up-to-date, and accurate information on status or deviations.
Responsibilities
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded and effective internal controls are in place
Carry out suppliers and bank reconciliations by analyzing suppliers and bank statements to reconcile differences between suppliers and bank statements and our books of accounts.
Handle all supplier payments for local and overseas vendors by preparing, checking, verifying, posting, and signing all payment vouchers to ensure compliance with payment agreed terms.
Maintained customer receivables set and met collection targets regularly by monitoring or controlling payment behavior by controlling credit limits and terms to ensure a healthy customer receivables portfolio.
Assist and comply with all VAT regulations as per local requirements if required.
Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external parties like banks and auditors to meet audit requirements and adhere to local rules and regulations.
Issue sales invoices using cash register machine and manual invoices, document invoices accordingly
