The role of a finance manager is to oversee the financial operations of the organization and ensure its financial health.

• Responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Which involves creating budgets, forecasting future revenue and expenses, and identifying areas for cost savings.

•  Responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including maintaining financial records, processing payments and invoices, and reconciling accounts.

• Responsible for analyzing financial data to identify trends and patterns, and to inform strategic decision-making.

• Responsible for ensuring that the organization is in compliance with all financial regulations and laws. This may includes tax, maintaining accurate financial records, and adhering to accounting principles and standards.

•  Responsible for managing relationships with financial partners, such as banks and donors.

• Responsible for providing financial reports and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. This may include creating financial statements, preparing financial forecasts, or providing analysis on financial trends and performance.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management or a related role.

• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

• Ability to develop and implement financial strategies.

• Proficiency in preparing and interpreting financial statements and reports.

• Experience in managing financial records and reconciling accounts.

• Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends and patterns.

• Experience in managing relationships with financial partners.
