Responsible for providing strategic legal advice and support to the company while protecting the company's interests along with administering and maintaining policies and objectives in an accurate and timely manner. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides strategic legal advice and support to the company, function head, and settlement of court cases where warranted,

• Provides accurate and timely counsel to the Company on a variety of legal topics,

• Develops and ensures the implementation of corporate legal strategy to promote and protect the company's interests,

• Conducts litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and appearing in court,

• Undertakes extensive review/research of laws, legal documents, instruments, or other material that are applicable to Kerchanshe and prepare studies, briefs, reports and correspondence, 

• Ensures the delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish corporate goals, strategies and priorities,

• Drafts and reviews contracts, including commercial contracts, employment contracts, and intellectual property agreements,

• Collaborates and works closely with retention lawyers and related legal proceedings,

• Represents the company in pursuing any legal proceedings,

• Develops and supervises control systems with the view to prevent or address violations of laws, regulations, and guidelines,

• Provides training on legal issues to employees and other stakeholders,

• Oversees the periodic review of contracts, policies, and other legal documents of the Company to ensure compliance with regulatory standards,

• Supports the communication of compliance-related issues with employees across all divisions of the company and addresses any and all concerns they may have about legal, ethical or compliance matters,

• Participates in the preparation, publication, and distribution of authorized commercial compliance guides and other instructional materials to help internal staff and external commercial partners achieve clarity on commercial compliance requirements,

• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Skills

• LLB or LLM in Law

Experience: 

• 3 years for LLM

• 5 years for LLB

Skills:
