Job Description

On behalf of our client, The Food Boutique, we are looking for successful candidate to fill the position of Restaurant Manager to be located in NOC Building, Sarbet, Addis Ababa.

The Food Boutique is the first Italian food hall in Addis Ababa where you can dine in or take out Italian pastries and bakery, wood oven pizza, Italian pasta, risotti and antipasti or enjoy a true Italian coffee or cocktail.

Job Summary

The role requires the candidate to do a variety of managerial functions. This starts with providing guests with a consistently high-quality dining experience. To do this, the candidate will need to motivate staff and demonstrate superior customer service skills. As a supervisor, the candidate will also help the team meet standards for quality and profitability and ensure that all food health and safety requirements are met. The supervisor will be in charge to follow up for orders produced and delivered to other branches and for catering events. They will also require to do a staff training, making schedules that reflect the needs of the restaurant and more.

Job Requirements:

Qualification Requirement

• minimum 5 -7 years’ relevant experience in a well know high end restaurants/hotels

• A very good English language fluency

• Female Candidates are highly preferred

Job Location - Sarbet Mechare Meda

Working Hours - 8 working hours based on shift

Salary – Restaurant Manager 30,000 - 35,000-birr Net (depending on experience and capabilities) + 2000-birr meal allowance + 10% service charge (between 3,000-4,000 birr)
