Main Responsibilities & Duties 

• Conduct research to develop new and improved manufacturing processes.

• Establish safety procedures for working with dangerous chemicals.

• Conduct tests and monitor production processes.

• Chemicals create processes for handling them

• To ensure the well-being of employees who work with those chemicals.

• Coordinate and perform tests. 

• Analyze data to develop conclusions.

• Communicate results of analysis and research.

• Developing process chemistry. 

• Deciding on the most effective arrangement of operations for mixing, crushing and heat transfer etc.

• Conducting experiments and calculating temperature and pressure during the industrial process.

• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Conducting research into improved manufacturing processes.

• Designing and planning equipment layout.

• Incorporating safety procedures for working with dangerous chemicals.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification: 

• MSC/BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemistry and Related Field of study.

Work Experiences: -

• 0/2 year and above

Technical Competency  

• Track record in manufacturing organization preferably in Painting industry

• Excellent knowledge of strategic analysis and planning
